General description

Rabbit polyclonal antibody purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by DEAE-Sephacel ion exchange chromatography. Recognizes the myeloperoxidase protein.
Recognizes myeloperoxidase in human neutrophil granules.
This Anti-Myeloperoxidase Rabbit pAb is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoelectrophoresis for the detection of Myeloperoxidase.
