说明

General description

一种可渗透细胞的异硫脲化合物，可特异性，快速且可逆地干扰MreB功能，而不会影响真核肌动蛋白的聚合。据报告会影响新月柄杆菌的生长和形态，将杆状大肠埃希菌转化为圆形细胞，并在不影响DNA复制的情况下阻断DNA分离。建议与MreB′s核苷酸结合口袋相互作用，可用于MreB功能的时间分析。

Preparation Note
