General description

This panel targets phosphorylated proteins in the TGFβ signaling pathway, which regulates cell growth, differentiation, and immune responses. SMAD2 (pS465/pS467) and SMAD3 (pS423/pS425) are direct mediators of TGFβ receptor activation. TAK1 (pS412), p38 (pT180/pY182), ERK1/2 (pT185/pY187), and JNK (pT183/pY185) represent downstream MAPKs involved in inflammation, fibrosis, and cancer progression.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 6 analytes in cell lysate samples.

Analytes Included: SMAD2 (Phospho-Ser465/467), SMAD3 (Phospho-Ser423/425), TAK1 (Phospho-Ser412), p38 (Phospho-Thr180/Tyr182), ERK1/2 (Phospho-Thr185/Tyr187), JNK (Phospho-Thr183/Tyr185)
