General description

This panel targets key biomarkers involved in the detection and repair of DNA damage. It includes analytes such as γH2AX, p53, and other proteins associated with genotoxic stress and cellular response to DNA lesions. These markers are critical for understanding mechanisms of genomic instability, DNA repair pathways, and cellular responses to environmental or chemical insults. The panel supports research in toxicology, oncology, and drug safety assessment.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 7 analytes in cell lysate samples.

Analytes Included: γH2AX (Phospho-Ser139), p53 (Phospho-Ser15), Chk1 (Phospho-Ser345), Chk2 (Phospho-Thr68), ATM (Phospho-Ser1981), ATR (Phospho-Thr1989), HSP27 (Phospho-Ser82)
