General description
JNK, or c-Jun N-terminal kinase, is a key component of the MAPK pathway involved in cellular responses to stress, inflammation, and apoptosis. Phosphorylation at Thr183/Tyr185 activates JNK, influencing gene expression and cell fate decisions.
Application
