General description
MHY1485 是一种哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白 (mTOR) 的小分子活化剂，通过阻止自噬体和溶酶体的融合，对自噬过程产生抑制作用，导致 LC3II 蛋白积累和自噬体增大。它还可通过抑制地塞米松引起的线粒体死亡途径，保护成骨细胞免受地塞米松引起的损伤。
Application
mTOR 激活剂 MHY1485 已用于活化帕金森病 (PD)小鼠的哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白 (mTOR) 通路，以逆转肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白 3 (TNFAIP3) 对1-甲基-4-苯基吡啶 (MPP+) 诱导的小鼠及SK-N-SH 细胞的损伤。
