General description
一种细胞可渗透，水溶性和特异性p53-Snail结合抑制剂，以K-Ras依赖性方式激活p53，并显示出对K-Ras-MEF（K-Ras转化的小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞）细胞有抗增殖作用，10µM时活性为20%，但在N-Ras/Myc-MEF或未转化的MEF中没有抗增殖作用。在K-Ras突变的人癌症细胞系A549中，在1-10µM进行GN25处理后，Snail和p53的表达以剂量依赖性方式升高，但在MKN-45（wt-K-Ras/wt-p53）细胞中则没有。 此外，已显示它可以选择性激活p53WT/MT癌症细胞中的野生型p53，但不激活具有单个等位基因突变体p53的Panc-1细胞。在体内异种移植模型中表现出抗肿瘤作用。
