General description
凝血酶的极有效和选择性不可逆抑制剂（Kobs/[I] = 107M-1S-1）。与凝血酶以1：1的化学计量反应。也可用于抑制组织纤溶酶原激活物、因子VIIa、因子XIa。也可以25 mM的H2O溶液（目录号508773）提供。
