General description

Native protein A conjugated to alkaline phosphatase. Can be used instead of an alkaline phosphatase-conjugated secondary antibody in many immunological assays.
Native protein A from Staphylococcus aureus conjugated to alkaline phosphatase.

Other Notes

p-Nitrophenyl phosphate, 1 mg/ml in 10% diethanolamine, pH 9.8, 1 mM MgCl2 at 25°C, was used as substrate for testing immunoenzyme reactivity. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.

Packaging

Please refer to vial label for lot-specific concentration.

In 50 mM Tris, 1 mM MgCl₂, 1% BSA, pH 8.0.
