SSC Buffer, 20X Powder Pack, ULTROL^® Grade

Each pack provides an adequate amount of material to make 1 L of 20X concentrate that can be diluted to a 1X solution containing 150 mM NaCl, 15 mM sodium citrate, pH 8.0.

Each pack provides an adequate amount of material to prepare 1 liter of 20X buffer concentrate that can be diluted to a 1X solution, which will contain 150 mM NaCl and 15 mM sodium citrate, pH 7.85-8.15.

Following reconstitution, store in the refrigerator (4°C). 20X stock solutions are stable for up to 2 years at 4°C and 1X stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at 4°C.
