General description

A hydroxamate-based inhibitor of collagenase, gelatinase, and TACE (TNF-α converting enzyme/ADAM17; IC₅₀ = 100 nM). Blocks spontaneous and PMA-induced release of TNF-α in transfected COS 7 cells.

A hydroxymate-based inhibitor of collagenase, gelatinase, and TACE [(TNF-α convertase; ADAM17 (IC₅₀ = 100 nM)]. Blocks spontaneous and PMA-induced release of TNF-α from transfected COS-7 cells.
