General description
一种基于异羟肟酸的基质金属蛋白酶和TACE（TNF-α转化酶；ADAM17）抑制剂。抑制中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和淋巴细胞L-选择素的活化依赖性脱落，以及苯胂氧化物（PAO）诱导的中性粒细胞脱落。还可阻止多种细胞表面蛋白的脱落，如前TGF-α、IL-6受体α-亚单位和淀粉-β样前体蛋白。据报道可抑制TNF-α的释放，并对阿司匹林引起的胃粘膜损伤具有保护作用。作为血管紧张素转换酶的弱抑制剂（IC50=18µM）。
