General description
凝血酶是钠激活的II型酶。这种丝氨酸蛋白酶包含两个阴离子结合的外源性位点，即ABE-I和ABE-II。凝血酶由酶原凝血酶原（因子II）在肝脏中合成。牛A-凝血酶由轻链（A链）和重链（B链）组成。这两条链通过非共价相互作用和一个双硫键连接。
Application
牛用高活性凝血酶已用于：
- 刺激LNCaP细胞和研究G-蛋白-偶联受体（GPCR）活性的影响
- 纤维蛋白凝胶制备
- 通过纤维蛋白原凝胶法制备纤维蛋白原凝胶
Biochem/physiol Actions
凝血酶可将纤维蛋白原转换成纤维蛋白并激活因子V、VIII、XI和XIII。它可促进血小板活化和血管收缩。凝血酶可稳定纤维蛋白聚合物。它在凝血级联系统的最后阶段起着至关重要的作用。
Physical form
使用200 mM NaCl、50 mM枸橼酸盐缓冲液、1 ml 0.1% PEG（pH 6.5）冷冻干燥。
