General description
凝血酶是钠激活的II型酶。这种丝氨酸蛋白酶包含两个阴离子结合的外源性位点，即ABE-I和ABE-II。凝血酶由酶原凝血酶原（因子II）在肝脏中合成。牛A-凝血酶由轻链（A链）和重链（B链）组成。这两条链通过非共价相互作用和一个双硫键连接。
