General description
设计用于凝血酶凝血时间测试。凝血酶原、钙、促凝血酶原激酶在凝血过程中形成的丝氨酸蛋白酶。作用于可溶性血浆蛋白纤维蛋白原，以将其转化为不可溶纤维蛋白凝块。由同质人凝血酶原经Xa因子、Va因子和磷脂活化制备而成。设计用于凝血酶时间测试。
