Recombinant, human apo-tissue factor expressed in S. frugiperda insect cells using a baculovirus expression system. Cell-surface protein of endothelial cells and monocytes involved in coagulation and inflammation. Primary cellular initiator of coagulation protease cascade. Functions as receptor and cofactor for coagulation Factors VII and VIIa. Requires lipidation for clotting assays or other functional activities.

Solid lyophilized from 200 mM mannitol, 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM Tris-HCl, 0.01% CHAPS, pH 8.0.

Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C).

Reconstitute with 1 ml distilled H₂O
