重组牛抑肽酶，不含动物源性成分。抑肽酶是一种具有竞争性、可逆性的蛋白水解和酯酶活性抑制剂。一种对热和酸相对稳定的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂。形成紧密的复合物，阻断酶的活性位点。在与蛋白酶等摩尔浓度下有效。抑制多种蛋白酶，包括凝血前期的凝血因子、组织和白细胞蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶(Kd = 5 x 10-14 M)、纤溶酶(Kd = 2.3 x 10-10 M)和激肽释放酶 (Kd = 1 x 10-7 M）。抑肽酶不抑制的蛋白酶包括因子Xa、凝血酶、胃蛋白酶、木瓜蛋白酶和羧肽酶A和B。用于蛋白质纯化和通过防止蛋白水解损伤延长培养细胞的寿命。
