General description
限制级凝血酶是一种高度纯化的制剂，能够特异性切割用适当载体产生的靶蛋白。该制剂通过融合蛋白活性功能测试，不含可检测的污染蛋白酶。由经认证测试对HBsAg以及HIV和HCV抗体阴性的人血浆制制备而成。凝血酶以50%甘油溶液的形式提供，包括10倍凝血酶裂解缓冲液和裂解控制蛋白。
