General description

Benzonase® 核酸酶是一种用基因工程方法从粘质沙雷氏菌获得的核酸内切酶。它降解所有形式的DNA和RNA(单链、双链、线性和环状),而没有蛋白水解活性。它能够在较大范围的条件下工作,并且具有极高的比活度。该酶可将核酸完全消化为长度为2至5个碱基(低于杂交极限)的 5′-单磷酸末端寡核苷酸,特别适合于重组蛋白中核酸的去除,从而满足FDA有关核酸污染的指导原则。Benzonase可以快速水解核酸的能力使其特别适用于降低粘度,以减少加工时间,提高蛋白质产量。例如,该酶与BugBuster和PopCulture蛋白质提取试剂兼容,因此可以与这些试剂一起添加,以消除大肠杆菌提取物中的粘度并去除核酸。
