General description

昆虫GeneJuice<TMSYMBOL></TMSYMBOL>转染试剂是一种专有的脂质体配方，可优化Sf9昆虫细胞的最大转染效率。该试剂对细胞的毒性极低，可用于在含血清或无血清培养基中进行瞬时和稳定转染，以及将转移质粒与线性化病毒DNA共转染以生产重组杆状病毒。当使用包含立即早期杆状病毒启动子IE1的pIEx<TMSYMBOL></TMSYMBOL>和pBiEx<TMSYMBOL></TMSYMBOL>载体时，昆虫GeneJuice是Sf9昆虫细胞悬浮培养转染中大规模表达蛋白质的理想选择。

  • 当昆虫Genejuice®与Sf9细胞系结合使用时，来自海肾荧光素酶表达与plex的原始相对光单位(RLU)为131.90，而其他试剂与Sf9一起使用时为75.726，因此相差1.7倍。
  • 当昆虫Genejuice®与Sf9细胞系结合使用时，来自海肾荧光素酶表达与plex的原始相对光单位(RLU)为131.90，而其他试剂与High Five一起使用时为11.952，因此相差11倍。

昆虫GeneJuice转染试剂以2 mg/ml混悬液的形式在20 mM MES，150 mM NaCl，pH 6.2缓冲液中提供。1 ml足以分别在10 ml悬浮培养瓶或35 mm平板中进行12或125次转染。
