General description
This support consists of NovaPEG resin functionalized with Riniker′s hyperacid-labile 4-hydroxymethyl-3-methoxyphenoxybutyric acid linker, making it an excellent tool for the production of protected peptide fragments by Fmoc SPPS. NovaPEG resins have excellent swelling properties in a wide range of solvents, including water, MeCN, MeOH, DCM, DMF, THF, and toluene and exhibit exceptional chemical stability to acids, bases and, organometallic reagents.
