免疫组化：ABC或增强检测的1:1,000-1:2,500。需要戊二醛固定。抗体不会与未经戊二醛处理的组织发生反应。 应使用含有0.1-0.2%triton X-100的血清或BSA进行封闭；在一抗孵育过程中去除全部封闭和去污剂。仅在PBS或TBS中稀释以获得最佳结果。 对于荧光检测，必须减少抗体稀释，但由于戊二醛自发荧光，因此不建议使用。
