General description
半胱天冬酶-1（ICE，白介素-1b转化酶）是哺乳动物的半胱天冬酶，负责将白介素-1b和IL-18的形式蛋白水解转化为活性细胞因子。 像其他半胱天冬酶一样，半胱天冬酶-1本身被合成为一种酶，在激活过程中被裂解为大（20 kDa）和小（10 kDa）亚基。
