蛋白质印迹:1:2,500-1:5,000

免疫沉淀:1:200

该抗体在免疫荧光中工作正常。使用偶联生物素的二抗,然后以链霉亲和素偶联至荧光染料。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
