Luciferase [Photinus pyralis (Firefly)]. Monospecific by IEP. May show cross reactivity with Luciferase from other sources.

Immunoglobulin purified by delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. Liquid in 0.02M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01% sodium azide.

Maintain frozen at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
