Western blot: 1:5,000-1:10,000 using ECL. Reacts with the ~35 kDa adiponectin protein. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST with 0.05% Tween 20 with 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature.

ELISA, direct and indirect: 1:5,000-1:10,000.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Recognizes mouse adiponectin. Recognizes both natural and recombinant protein.

SPECIES REACTIVITIES:

There is weak reactivity with rat. Reactivity with other species has not been confirmed.

Format: Purified

Purified immunoglobulin in PBS, pH 7.4.

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
