This Anti-Organic Anion Transporting Polypeptide 1 Antibody is validated for use in ELISA, WB for the detection of Organic Anion Transporting Polypeptide 1.

Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL using ECL.



ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL using 1 μg/mL immunogen per well.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Recognizes rat Organic Ion Transporter Polypetide 1 (OATP1). The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with other OATs or other proteins

SPECIES REACTIVITIES: The immunogen sequence is unique to rat. Reactivity with other species has not been confirmed.

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in PBS containing 0.1% BSA.

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

During shipment, small volumes of antibody will occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial. For antibodies with volumes of 200 μl or less, we recommend gently tapping the vial on a hard surface or briefly centrifuging the vial in a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container′s cap.
