Bcl-B antibody was raised against a 16 amino acid synthetic peptide from near the amino terminus of human Bcl-B.

Epitope: Near N-terminus

Evaluated by Western Blotting in Jurkat cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis (WB): 1 μg/mL of this antibody detected Bcl-B in Jurkat cell lysate.

~40 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Purified rabbit polyclonal in buffer containing PBS (pH 7.2) with 0.02% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.
