Evaluated by Dot Blot on H3Q5-Serotonyl peptide.



Dot Blot Analysis: A 1:500 dilution of this antibody detected Histone H3Q5serH3Q5-Serotonyl peptide, but not the unmodified H3(1-10)-control peptide.
