Anti-IL27RA Antibody

IL27RA (also known as Interleukin-27 receptor subunit alpha, Cytokine receptor WSX-1, Cytokine receptor-like 1, Type I T-cell cytokine receptor, TCCR and ZcytoR1) is a receptor for IL27 and requires IL6ST/gp130 to mediate signal transduction in response to IL27 binding. IL27RA is involved in the regulation of Th1-type immune responses and appears to be involved in innate defense mechanisms. IL27RA is predominately expressed in thymus, spleen, lymph nodes and peripheral blood leukocytes.

KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to amino acids near the N-terminus of human IL27RA.

Immunohistochemistry Analysis: 10 μg/mL from a representative lot detected IL27RA in human spleen tissue.

Immunofluorescence Analysis: 20 μg/mL from a representative lot detected IL27RA in A549 cells.
