General description

MOB kinase activator 3B (MOB3B) is also known as Mob1 homolog 2b or Mps one binder kinase activator-like 2B (MOBKL2B). MOB kinase activator 3B is thought to regulate the activity of kinases based on similarity with the yeast Mob1 protein. Yeast Mob1 binds Mps1p, a protein kinase critical to spindle pole body duplication and mitotic checkpoint regulation.

KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to human MOB kinase activator 3B.

Application

Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected MOB kinase activator 3B in mouse midbrain and mouse hippocampus tissue.

This MOB kinase activator 3B antibody is validated for use in WB & IHC for the detection of the MOB kinase activator 3B protein.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Other homologies: Zebrafish and Xenopus (85% sequence homology).
