General description
CADM1（又称细胞粘附分子1，连接蛋白样蛋白2，突触细胞粘附分子。IgSF4和TSLC-1）是免疫球蛋白超家族的肿瘤抑制因子部分，已发现在许多不同的实体瘤中表现出降低的表达。还发现CADM1在上皮样细胞结构的形成中起作用。最近的研究也将CADM1与介导情绪和社交行为以及运动技能联系起来。CADM1在精神病和行为障碍（例如自闭症）中也可能很重要。
