ELISA and Western Blotting at 1:1000-1:10,000.Optimal working dilution must be determined by the end user. WARNING: Dilute this antibody with PBS or TBS only. Use of bovine serum or dry milk may contain IgG which reacts with various IgG antibodies. Use of BSA or Milk can cause background and reduce secondary antibody titer.
