General description
整联蛋白αM/β2与单核细胞、巨噬细胞和粒细胞的各种粘附性各种相互作用以及介导补体包被颗粒的摄取有关。它与第三补体成分iC3b片段的受体CR 3相同。它可能识别C3b中的R-G-D肽。整合素αM/β2也是纤维蛋白原，因子X和ICAM1的受体。可识别纤维蛋白原γ链的P1和P2肽。

Biochem/physiol Actions
可识别大多数巨噬细胞（包括常驻腹膜和活化巨噬细胞）、枯否细胞，但仅识别约35%的肺泡巨噬细胞。 该抗体还广泛标记大脑中的树突状细胞，粒细胞和具有小胶质细胞形态的细胞。该抗体沉淀150、103和95 kDa的三种多肽。该抗体可抑制补体介导的玫瑰花结，可能是IC3b的人类受体的大鼠等效物（称为CR3）。
