流式细胞仪
高碘酸盐-赖氨酸-多聚甲醛（PLP）固定或丙酮后大鼠新鲜冷冻组织切片和石蜡包埋组织切片的免疫组织化学研究。 在非常轻微的PFA固定，冷冻组织上工作。（仅灌注4%PFA 10-15′，无后固定）。
免疫沉淀：仅使用兔抗小鼠或抗小鼠IgG珠进行捕获。不建议使用蛋白A或蛋白G。
最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。

Biochem/physiol Actions
