生化/生理作用

该抗体识别高度糖基化的跨膜蛋白：gp 105-120 kDa。 抗原在以下类别的未成熟的人类造血前体细胞、毛细血管内皮细胞和人类髓样细胞上表达：CFU-GEMM 和 BFU-E 的子集，所有 CFU-GM、粒细胞前体、单核细胞、髓样白血病。 该抗体识别对神经氨酸酶切割有抵抗力的 II 类表位。

已知物种的交叉反应性：通过流式细胞术检测对恒河猴外周血白细胞呈阳性。

单克隆抗体以 100μg/1ml 溶于含有 10mM 叠氮化钠和 1mg/ml 牛血清白蛋白的磷酸盐缓冲液中。 我们建议每个实验室确定在其特定应用中使用的最佳工作滴定度。
