This Anti-CD126 Antibody, clone B-R6 is validated for use in ELISA, FC, IP, IH for the detection of CD126.

This antibody recognizes both the soluble and membrane bound human IL-6 receptor. The antibody will inhibit IL-6 mediated proliferation of XG-1 cells and partially blocks the binding of IL-6 to its receptor.

Format: Purified

The monoclonal was purified by ion exchange chromatography and is presented as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Maintain at 2°-8°C for up to 12 months from date of receipt in undiluted aliquots.
