Application

General description

II型胶原蛋白是一种纤维状胶原蛋白，它是透明软骨的主要成分，占胶原蛋白的95%和软骨干重的60%左右。它是一种同三聚体，由位于人类染色体12q13的COL2A1基因编码。2型胶原蛋白也主要存在于椎间盘髓核和眼睛的视网膜、巩膜和水晶体中。IIA型主要位于眼睛的玻璃体中。IIB型优先在成人软骨组织中产生。  采用差盐沉淀法、醇沉淀法和DEAE色谱法纯化II型胶原蛋白。多重纯化步骤得到了天然三螺旋形态的胶原蛋白类型的最终制剂，不含任何非胶原蛋白。其他类型的胶原蛋白在标准制剂中的污染要低于百分之五。

纯化的蛋白质。 0.5M乙酸形式的液体。不含防腐剂。

Preparation Note

等分和冷冻。在-20°C下可保存长达12个月。应避免反复冻/融循环。
