General description

产品来源：人胶质瘤细胞系（U251）。

纯化的人腱生蛋白-C蛋白。已知肌腱蛋白可：1）在中枢神经紧张的系统和间充质来源器官的发育中起积极作用；2）存在于成人肿瘤的脉管系统中；和3）在细胞粘连中起作用。经SDS-PAGE分析，蛋白迁移在280-300kD左右。

Application

细胞粘连分析。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。

Physical form

纯化的蛋白以不含防腐剂的PBS液体形式提供。

Preparation Note

自收到之日起，在-70ºC可最多保存12个月。应避免反复冻/融循环。
