General description
CPDI000S1 DI-PAK® StartPak 1 (Small) is suitable for the production of de-ionized water with a resistivity > 1 MΩ.cm when fed with potable tap water. Ion exchange resins are used to carry out the purification. A thin layer of Activated Carbon is employed to remove free chlorine as well as some organic contaminants.
Application
CPDI000S1 DI-PAK® StartPak 1 (Small) is used in the preparation of deionized water in the experiments, including, but not limited to – generation of the steam atmosphere in the thermal treatment apparatus to produce a high surface area AC adsorbent and purification of cell culture media.
