Profiling both IgG and IgM autoantibodies in biological samples provides valuable insights into the immune response and potential disease conditions. While IgM autoantibodies are typically associated with a recent or concurrent immune response, IgG autoantibodies are suggestive of more chronic or persistent autoimmune processes.

应用

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigourous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously measure antigen-specific IgG and IgM antibodies in human serum and plasma, when used in combination with MILLIPLEX® serology assays. The MILLIPLEX® Dual Reporter Autoantibody IgG/IgM Reagent Pack is a complementary add-on to any of the following MILLIPLEX® kits:

  • AAV Serotyping Panel (Cat. No. AAVSERG-230K )
  • Human Autoimmune Autoantibody Panel (Cat. No. HAIAB-10K)
  • Human Cancer Autoantibody Panel (Cat. No. HCABMAG-13K)
  • Human Neurodegenerative Autoantibody Panel (Cat. No. HNDGAB 220K)
  • Human Cytokine Autoantibody IgG Panel (Cat. No. HCYTABG-17K)
  • Human Cytokine Autoantibody IgM Panel (Cat. No. HCYTABM-17K)
Note: This product requires a xMAP® INTELLIFLEX DR-SE system
