General description
Antibodies against CD66 recognize the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) family of proteins and may be further characterized by reactivity with one or more family members indicated by a low letter after CD66: e.g. CD66a (BGP), CD66b (CGM6, CD67), CD66c (NCA), CD66d (CGM1), CD66e (CEA), CD66f (pregnancy-specific glycoprotein (PSG)) (Turni, 2002; Skubitz, 1993).
