General description

Application

Physical form

从5mM Tris溶液（pH 7.6）和150mM NaCl溶液中冻干。

Preparation Note

将冻干物料保持在-20°C，直至标签上注明的失效日期。

一般应用：
快速旋转后，在0.1 M磷酸盐缓冲液（pH值6.8）中复溶至0.1-1.0 mg/mL的浓度。 复溶的bFGF应以工作等分试样保存于-20°C中，可保存长达六个月。 多次冷冻/解冻循环会导致大量活性损失。

对于人ES细胞培养：
快速旋转后，在含有0.5%BSA，1 mM DTT和10%甘油的Dulbecco′s PBS过滤溶液中复溶至10 μg/mL。分装并在-20°C下储存长达6个月。 然后，该溶液可以解冻并稀释至4 ng/mL，用于人ES细胞与饲养层的培养，或稀释至8 ng/mL，以补充小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞调节培养基（用于无饲养层的人ES细胞培养）。

Analysis Note

比活度：与标准品相比，人FGF-b具有完全的生物活性。 ED50是通过表达FGF受体的NIH3T3细胞对胸苷摄取的剂量依赖性刺激来确定的。
