General description

Physical form
从枸橼酸钠（pH 3.5）中冻干。
Preparation Note
冻干粉末在室温下可稳定保存数周，但最好在-20°C下保存。 用水复溶至浓度为50 μg/mL（例如，5 μg/100 μl），将得到1 mM枸橼酸盐缓冲液（pH 3.5）的溶液。该溶液可在室温或2-8ºC下储存1个月。建议进一步稀释成含2 mg/mL白蛋白的PBS，在-20ºC下保存。复溶的人TGF-β2应以未稀释的等分试样在-20°C下储存至少2个月。 应避免反复冻/融循环。
