MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 8 analytes in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.Analytes included: Cathepsin D, Ferritin, Fibroblast Activation Protein (FAP), Galectin-3, IGFBP3, Melanoma Inhibitory Activty Protein (MIA), Myeloperoxidase (MPO), Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHGB)Note: When IGFBP3 is included in the assay, a larger sample dilution is required. The SHBG Standard was calibrated against WHO standard 08/266 and 250 ng/mL standard was equivalent to 25 nM of WHO standard.Assay Characteristics: Refer to kit protocol for assay cross-reactivity, sensitivity, precision, and accuracy.
