储存及稳定性

冻干 IFN-g尽管在室温下稳定，但最好在-20°C下干燥保存。 快速离心后，用pH 8.0的1x PBS复溶至0.5-1.0 mg/mL的浓度。注意：进一步稀释应配成RPMI+10%FCS或5%HSA在4°C保存一周或在-20°C保存备用。 复溶的材料应以未稀释的等分形式保存于-20°C中，可稳定保存长达六个月。

比活度：与标准品相比，人IFN-gamma具有完全的生物活性。通过病毒抗性测定确定的 ED（50） 是≤0.05 ng/mL。
