General description
白细胞介素-1 β（或IL-1β蛋白）是一种有效的免疫调节剂，介导广泛的免疫和炎症反应，包括B和T细胞的激活。人IL-1β是一个17.3 kDa的蛋白质，含有153个氨基酸残基。
Application

Physical form
由10 mM Tris、pH 8.2无菌过滤和冻干，不含防腐剂。
Preparation Note
冻干人IL-1β尽管在室温下稳定，但最好在-20°C下干燥保存。 快速离心后，在水中重溶至0.1-1.0 mg/mL的浓度。可以将该溶液稀释到其他缓冲溶液中。复溶的人IL-1β应该以未稀释的等分试样储存于 -20°C，最多保存六个月。

比活度：与标准品相比，Chemicon人IL-1β具有完全的生物活性。通过剂量依赖性刺激鼠类D10S细胞测定的ED(50)为<0.001 ng/mL
