General description
MultiScreen-PCRμ96过滤板是一种小体积、96孔的装置，用于纯化聚合酶链式反应（PCR）产物。PCRμ96板能够纯化小体积和大体积PCR反应（20–100 μL），并在低至20 μL的溶液中回收纯化产物。基于真空的尺寸排阻分离在不到15分钟的时间内有效地从PCR反应中去除污染盐、未合并的dNTP和引物。纯化的DNA适用于测序、基因分型或微测序等下游应用。此外，MultiScreen PCRμ96板的自动化友好设计使其成为高通量应用的理想选择。
