Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Recognizes the mature form and truncated forms of gC1q-R/p33 complement receptor. Antibody is directed against the carboxyl-terminus of the receptor (residues 204-218), a portion of the molecule specifies interaction with HK and Factor XII and blocks binding of HK to gC1q-R.

Purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in 0.02M PBS pH 7.6, 0.25M NaCl with 0.1% sodium azide.
