Biochem/physiol Actions
Recognizes the mature form and truncated forms of gC1q-R/p33 complement receptor. Antibody is directed against the carboxyl-terminus of the receptor (residues 204-218), a portion of the molecule specifies interaction with HK and Factor XII and blocks binding of HK to gC1q-R.
