Biochem/physiol Actions
MAB1430为已知在肾小球细胞基质各种相互作用中很重要的抗原提供了标志物，并且应被证明可用于研究涉及肾脏病理学的机制。该抗体与肾脏中的肾小球和肾小管基底膜以及毛细血管的基底层反应。它还可标记肾小球内的系膜细胞和基质以及检查的全部器官中的基底膜结构（Gusterson et al.，1984）。

Preparation Note
