Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

识别人早老素1。通过蛋白质印迹,该抗体可识别各种样品中(包括转染人PS1互补DNA的PC12细胞、痴呆患者脑解剖标本,以及家族性阿尔茨海默病患者、晚发型阿尔茨海默病患者和其他退行性疾病患者的额叶新层的尸检样品)一种32 kDa的主要多肽。对照大脑的免疫组化研究表明PS1主要在神经元中表达,蛋白质位于身体和树状突。与FAD和零星的阿尔茨海默病患者形成对比的是,PS1的免疫反应性出现在老年斑的神经炎部分以及神经原纤维缠结中。家族性和零星的阿尔茨海默病的PS1免疫反应性定位表明该疾病的遗传异质形式(genetically heterogeneous form)具有共同的涉及PS1蛋白的病理学。
